Well yesterday did ok keep busy planting a herb garden and cleaning out my spare bedroom. Dinner we had the Capri Chicken, grilled portablla mushrooms and garlic cauliflower mashed with fresh chives, My boyfriend loved them!!!! He had seconds and took the rest to work today.
This morning workout
15min of cardio dance
27min of turbo jam lower leg (oh mygod)
Run
15:48 1.5miles walked 5 min to make 20
Yah on cutting 61 seconds off
But the weight seems to have gone back up to 165.5 I really don't understand that in least. Iam working my butt off and eating alot better and less then before. I don't even thinkyou can consider this a platue in any way shape or form. I really should be coming down in weight shouldn't I??

I've always wanted to seriously work on a herb garden. A few years ago I bought some Rosemary at the farmers market and my girlfriend poked a couple of stalks into the ground outside. It grew and grew into a huge bush. After a while, I never needed to purchase Rosemary again (I think I should open my own stall at the farmers market). But, since I live in a cool climate and it gets quite cold at night, I haven't been successful with other herbs, particularly basil, which I would really like to get to stick.

I have had this problem...Where you think it should be going down b/c you are working so hard. If you figure out what makes the weight come off again, let me know.

There is a hump that you have to get over, but once you get over it, you'll see the weight come right off! I went through a spell a couple weeks ago where my weight didn't move and I worked my butt off, but now all of a sudden it is starting to. Slowly but surely it will come off!
