Down a total of 8.4 #. I'm noticing that I can do alot of things with P90X that I couldn't do at first and with heavier weight. My flexibility has improved alot. I'm going to try to add more cardio and stay on the course. Next Thursday's weigh in I will possibly break below 150 and be in the 140s. Yippee! All my clothes fit better. This passed weekend, by daughter came home and despite eating lunch at the Olive Garden, having Godfather's Pizza one night and eating ice cream a couple of times, I lost weight.
