Chicken and broccoli over cauliflower rice with peanut sauce

I had the same thing except I used a keto stir fry sauce. Yours looks delicious.

Keto everything... stir fry sauce is oyster sauce, soy sauce sesame oil sweetener and minced garlic... I saved you $7 a bottle :) just use a little oyster sauce bc it’s high carbs. Thanks for the compliment.

Chicken thighs marinade for (3 lbs of raw meat) 1 tbs oyster sauce 2 tbs soy sauce 1 tbs cooking wine 1 tsp sesame oil 3 cloves minced garlic 1 tbs sugar or that amount of sweetness in sugar substitute (I don’t cook with measurements but I taste and adjust it as I’m cooking.) Marinate the chicken in this overnight. Bake 375 for 45 until done. Broccoli 1 tbs coconut oil Garlic salt 1/4 cup water Heat coconut oil in skillet until melted, add broccoli to make one layer in the pan. Sprinkle garlic salt, add water, close lid steam for a few minutes

Cauliflower rice: Take cauliflower cut into smaller pieces pulse in a food processor. Microwave Or Take frozen cauliflower rice, microwave 5 minutes. Peanut sauce: 1 tbs of peanut butter microwaved for 30 seconds with about 1-2 tbs of milk (almond, coconut...half and half). Mix it together to check consistency? If too thick add extra milk if too thin add extra pb. Add a big splash of soy sauce (1 tbs?) and a small splash of sesame oil (1 tsp). Add a little bit of honey or sweetener. Mix it together taste and adjust flavors if necessary. Layer cauliflower rice, broccoli, and cut up chicken. Drizzle the sauce on top, and eat!

I can't use soy or oyster, I use coconut aminos

Perfect! Substitute coco aminos for the sweetener and soy sauce. And you’ll get the same taste.
