I love this site and I'm stealing everyone's ideas!!! :) So, today I went out for lunch. First time since my "new commitment" two weeks ago. And I actually realized that it is really easy to eat out and do Atkins... Plus the portions are so huge everywhere that I actually got lunch for tomorrow, too. So, I can't wait to eat out more. Just kidding...
So, from everyone else's ideas, here is everything that I'm taking with me this week: 1) I'm going to try Greek Yogurt. Never had it. But I miss yogurt and what it does for me, so I think this sounds like a great idea. 2) I'm not going to eat after 8pm at night. 3) I'm going to try a new recipe this week. 4) I'm going to cut back on my low carb sweet treats. I'm going to try to limit eating them to two days a week. Think I'm getting a little out of hand with those things.... 5) I'm going to workout every day this week. 6) I'm going to try a new "adventure" sometime this month. I haven't decided what yet - but I have a few ideas in mind. I would also welcome any ideas on new ways to fit in fitness, but have fun, too. I may do rock climbing, or a go canoeing.
