I love this site and I'm stealing everyone's ideas!!! :) So, today I went out for lunch. First time since my "new commitment" two weeks ago. And I actually realized that it is really easy to eat out and do Atkins... Plus the portions are so huge everywhere that I actually got lunch for tomorrow, too. So, I can't wait to eat out more. Just kidding...


So, from everyone else's ideas, here is everything that I'm taking with me this week:
1) I'm going to try Greek Yogurt. Never had it. But I miss yogurt and what it does for me, so I think this sounds like a great idea.
2) I'm not going to eat after 8pm at night.
3) I'm going to try a new recipe this week.
4) I'm going to cut back on my low carb sweet treats. I'm going to try to limit eating them to two days a week. Think I'm getting a little out of hand with those things....
5) I'm going to workout every day this week.
6) I'm going to try a new "adventure" sometime this month. I haven't decided what yet - but I have a few ideas in mind. I would also welcome any ideas on new ways to fit in fitness, but have fun, too. I may do rock climbing, or a go canoeing.

I love all your "stolen" ideas. I really like exercising in nature, have you heard of geocaching? My boyfriend and I do that together and it's great. www.geocaching.com

You guys are so funny!! My sister and I were just talking about geocaching yesterday!! Great minds think alike. I think I'm going to look into it. One of my neighbors started doing it this winter and it kept her active all winter long. The plus is that you are outside---which I miss so much with a regular workout. Thanks for all the encouragement!
