No really 'dieting', just not eating as much and trying to eat a smaller & more balanced 'meal' at least 3 times daily. NO snacking in between...
249.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 4.7 lb a week
