haven't been feeling well and feel full quickly for about the last month. Glad for the weight loss but hopefully a solution is found soon so the stomach discomfort can go away...

Finally broke through the 240 level.
Found out the value of my meds... Missed then for a couple of days and blood sugar is way up so fast. back to better compliance!

No really 'dieting', just not eating as much and trying to eat a smaller & more balanced 'meal' at least 3 times daily. NO snacking in between...
