Tom started today. I was so suprised to see it because I have been losing the last week. I didn't think I would lose very well the week before. I've lost more weight this last week that in the last whole month. I'm glad I stuck it out! Usually when i see a big jump down(155.0 to 153.2) over night it usully goes back up for a while and then back down. But I have woken up three mornings in a row to 153 something. So I'm thinking I might be here for a little while since TOM is here. But then maybe next week I'll see another little jump down......I can't wait to get out of the 150's. Maybe by the end of September. My next goal is October 18th, at 149.5. I think I can make it!

I think that the walking is helping. I've been trying to get one in every couple of days. I think my energy has been up also. I will be nice going into this winter feeling better. Maybe I won't have sure a hard time this year with depression.
