A pre-birthday supper tonight. (sigh) It's just not easy to lose weight when it's your birthday month - and people want to celebrate it throughout the month. Or I'm at someone else's.

I just celebrated mine and it felt like the entire week I was eating something or other and not getting my work outs in. Give yourself a little breathing room and don't be too hard on yourself. Happy Pre- Birthday! :)
