Today is 2 weeks with NO eating out!!!!! I am so pleased with myself. I really didnt think it was possible to do with such a busy life. Feeling fantastic!!!

Can not to wait to weigh on Wed....gotta be at least down a pound!

Good Job! "typically" we eat out on weekends, Friday and Saturday nights, and usually out for brunch Sunday mornings. Limiting that, cutting out my morning trip to circle k for my 74 ounce diet coke, and adding excersize will be the most difficult. I've always eaten pretty well at home, so journaling my calories hasn't revealed many surprises. See you Thursday!
