Today I decided to end my eating out fast. I went 17 days with out eating out woohooo! Definetly life style changes have been made and I will continue to only eat out on occasion now.

220 calories for ONE cookie???? NOT worth it and I regret that decision. Not worth about 35 minutes on the treadmill that is for sure.

Live and learn right!
