There is a storm here in Florida so no Zumba class today but I will be doing 1hr of home zumba with Beto's CD's....So lets Zumba All the Way...
181.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
