Not really thankful for my scales this morning, really frustrating how they just don't like me :(
Thankful for decent night sleep, even though I seemed to dream a lot, can't remember dreams, but just a little tired this morning.
Oh well, it's off to pilates I go !

That is just not fair! You have been working so hard. Don't give up - sometimes you might just be retaining water for some unknown reason. Tomorrow is another day.
