Well I made it through the first week of doing dual jobs again. I really am praying this only lasts another two weeks. I am still trying to find ways to work on my abs without really using my legs. That is a challenge let me tell you!

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 August 2018:

Have you tried any Qi Gong exercises? Many of those can be done while sitting and work well for the abdomen and waist. I like this woman's style. Again you can do these while sitting https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3K-0JpiJu-o&list=PL2-GDGmIYKAr_GSYGhEWKAnSCVP9GRQOZ

@Selbygirl6 I just tried the video you suggested and I didn't really have the volume up but I followed along and it was easy to do in a chair and I can feel it in my abs, thank you!

just do sitting crunches. that will target center and top of stomach. even hits lower if your legs are under a table
