Fitbit says not a good nite...good Wednesday morning...slept in 2 or3 hour segments...had to remake top part of bed..lotta moving around..
Rain couple hours away today for sure..looking like all day soaker...and I have therapy...o boy...to tired to care...
Haven’t been on zwift yet either...body is tired...mind don’t care..
Weight is stuck and up...but with all the inflammation...not a lot I can do...just keep eating healthy for me...
Well. Coffee tasted good...gonna get dressed and take tras out to can before rain sets in..today is pickup day...
