Thank you universe...for a restful night of sleeping..and the start to a beautiful day in mr Rogers neighborhood..lol...gooood Tuesday morning...looks like today is already being planned for me...weather man..is saying rain is on the way...so race to cut grass...then it’s suppose to rain till Saturday...but who knows for sure...

Therapy yesterday...well let’s just say with 3 ibprophen and 1/2 hydrocoden...I had a 45 min therapy session that when I came home...first thing I grabbed was ice bag...and just relaxed for an hour...I was tired...more so then usual...same exercises...just longer session by 10 minutes...after I rested..went out an fed the weeds...

Plan this morning...cut grass before rain gets here...looking like 10am..rain will be here..hopefully no dew on grass this morning...like everything anymore...so many variables to look at...or is it just me...

622am...gonna eat breakfast..get this day moving...slept great last night..but had to do a full bed make over this morning all way down to mattress..and here I thought I slept great...Fitbit says...93 min awake...18 percent in rem sleep..56 percent light sleep.. 9 percent in a deep sleep...for a total of 8 hr. 39 min. Of sleep...

Gotta go go go...have a great Tuesday...

Might even get a zwift ride in later today...that would be nice for a change...

Grass cut....came inside..put ice on shoulder..an took short nappy..now to see what else I can accomplish...
