Hello my FS friends. I must say I'm off the track a little bit. I left my job and I'm still looking. I spend more time at home and I don't have my daily routine. My progress has stopped and I'm not happy about it. Plus I feel negative which is so strange I'm never like this. I hope when I start a new job I can continue my path on losing weight. I hope you all feeling good 😊

Pituka i know how difficult it can be when your at home 🏠 a lot...it is safe...it is secure....it is comfortable....it is sometimes a struggle...your friends will pull you through ❤️x

same here😕 like Phooka says there are a few of us struggling😯 all I want to do is eat the foods my WOE doesn't allow so I'm going to try LCHF 5 days a week and do a fruit/ veg WOE 2 days and see how that pans out. We can get back on track I'm sure. we've come too far to let it all pile back on. big cwtchies x
