I haven't been tracking my food and exercise . . .don't think I've been too bad, but want to start tracking again to stay on top of it. My goal is to have my weight off by my next annual appointment in October. . .a week later I'm going to a wedding and want to look and feel good! (My 15th Anniversary is in October too :)

Way to get back engaged. It's fun to have something to work toward, and I love the opportunity to "show off" my weight loss, even though I'm still too heavy. Happy almost anniversary... my 5th is in a week and a half.
