A couple months ago I started putting a star sticker on my kitchen calendar every day that I worked out at least 20 minutes or more. I love seeing all my colored stars on the calendar! Very grade school, but it has worked. I can literally see that I am working out 5 days a week. . . since my stars are different colors I am going to designate a color for exercise and a color for NO SODA! I'm challenging myself to stop drinking soda for good! I think I'll make no soda red :)
