Feel like I have a cold/sinus/allergy thing starting up, been sneezy/stuffy all day. . .yuck!

Going grocery shopping tonight and I'm not buying any junk (chips, cookies, processed stuff). Hubby and I made some meal plans for supper, grilled meat and veggies, breakfast I'll do eggs or oatmeal, just need to get lunch under my belt, he suggested salads, but I'll need a bit of protein to get me through to dinner and fruits for snacks. Want to get whole family on board to being healthy. It is up to us to teach our kids how to eat right! (Wish someone would have made me try veggies!)

Buddies if you have any lunch. . .or any other meal even . . suggestions, I'm all ears :)

I will send some ideas soon! Also, sometimes I play a game in the store, and try not to buy anything that's not perishable. So no processed food, no frozen meals. Sometimes, I get away with two or even zero non perishable items!
