I don't have any before pictures, but this is me at my new 20 pound loss. My loss showed up mostly in my upper body, with a little coming off the middle. I am hoping the next 10 pounds takes care of all that volume around my waist. I know it will take a lot of time to take up some of that excess skin. At my age I don't know how much of it will snap back.
