22 Hours Fasted; 92 Hours to go
Hit Gym for back to back lift day. After massive fail yesterday, hit all lifts today. I did alter my schedule to avoid fasted deadlifys on the back of yesterday's squat fail. Whatever. Also hit the Ellip for 5 miles. Visibly leaning out. Gym scale says 191, down 4.8# from last night, 2.8# from this morning. Another 2.6# to drop to return to pre-refeed baseline.
