Fast Day Weigh-in
34 Hours Fasted; 78 Hours to Go

Scale: moderately positive
Mirror: realistic
Waist: persistently resisting the inevitable

Feel really terrific for second consecutive morning despite back to back Lift Days, doubling down on LISS yesterday, and zero post workout "nutrition" yesterday. Crazy ass dreams. CRAZY. Every night now. I conveniently attribute this to fasting and fasted lifting induced Growth Hormone spikes.

As of this morning, have reversed 5 of the 7 pounds gained in Friday's refeed. The last 2 will be off shortly.

Now to work...

Let's go!

Nice! Sorry for the dreams :( I don't start fasting until Monday. Had a massive Mexican dinner last night. Staying away from a scale for a few days :)

Jimmiepop, while I don't really understand all of your posts, I do get that you are getting some amazing things done! Those dreams, ugh! They can really mess up your sleep. 😞
