Feeling lazy these days - haven't been to the gym since? Danced Monday though, and over 7000 steps on Saturday, so I am moving.
Sticking to a good calorie count seems to be the best method though - I think these past two weeks have been the most consistent intake with the desired results as the consequence/reward (about a pound a week down).
Happy Hump Day! One of my pets has discovered the wonder of artichokes so will share a cute pic!

A friend had a parrot who liked Ike and Mike. Every time I came in the house, I had to give them to him He only liked the green ones.

Calorie counting has been simple and best yet effective. Keep up the fight and know people are fighting with you.
