I had set my alarm to go off at 4am this morning. Ideas of getting up, working out and being in the office an hour and 1/2 earlier than everyone else sounded good. Started off in bed by 8:30pm last night - slept until my husband came home from doing laundry (10:30pm). Then couldn't fall back to sleep. Took two benadryl for sinues and slept on the carpeted floor the remainder of the night and slept HARD. It was great. I get tired of dreaming about stress and deadlines, and demanding people. After Benadryl...I don't remember one dream. Awoke at 5:30am. Reset alarm (cause I never heard it prior to 5:30am) to 5:45am. Got 8 hours of sleep. Of MUCH NEEDED SLEEP.

Bought lunch for my coworkers - to apologize for being a total witch this week due to stress. Told them sorry about flying around the office on a broom and releasing the flying monkeys. (Wizard of Oz reference obviously)

Did XStretch this morning. Ate sensible. Drinking water now...got 3 more 24fl oz containers before I'm done for today's intake.

Since Wednesday, been taking Advocare "Clear Mood" - it is a herbal supplement that helps lighten one's mood. I haven't taken them since I was planning our wedding in 2009. It helps. Whether it actually does something or not....or if it is only in my mind. It helps.

Tomorrow taking church youth group river tubing. Looking forward to it.

Hey Mighty! your job sounds like mine--do you work down the hall??!! Loved the Oz reference - could've used some of the flying monkeys this week as well. Need to get some folks attention! Let me know how you do with the "Clear Mood" I could probably use the "adjustment" as well. Have fun on the river. Denise
