Hey Buddies!
Happy Friday! Well we got back from Vegas and a good time was had by all! My husband won $209 - which is a big jackpot for us 25 cent slot folks! LOL.
I stayed on my OTF workout schedule and exercised Tuesday and Wednesday. It was really great for me because I am pretty self-motivated. Each day I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and then upper body weight work with squats and deadlifts to round it out to about an hour.
I have to laugh because there were a couple really young men (teens?)fooling around with the 10lb and 15lb handweights while grunting, groaning, etc.
Then this fat old woman (me) walks over and picks up two 20lb weights and one 25lb weight and proceeds to do chest presses, flys, triceps, biceps, etc. They stared and didn't know what to say!
Food was off the plan entirely! I did not overeat in quantity; but did choose what I wanted...pasta, bread, crepes, some fried items, and some alcoholic beverages.
Today, I am trying to slowly shock myself back on plan for food...and I already went to my workout at Orange Theory Fitness this morning.
So, healthy habits are here and that is probably worth a lot~
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!
