Yummy rosemary chips made out of wraps.
Ingredients
Directions
- Take tortillas out of the package and put them on a cutting board.
- Put a small amount of extra virgin olive oil on top and brush it with a pastry brush or the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle some salt and dried rosemary on the top.
- Repeat with the next two tortillas, putting them on top of each other.
- Cut in half, then in half again, and half again, till you have 8 "pizza slices."
- Put in a 350 °F (175 °C) pre-heated oven until golden brown making sure not to over cook - just a few minutes.
- Take out and let cool.
- Put in ziplock bags for storage or eat right away with some hummus or whatever spread you like.
