With all your favorite toppings, it's like pizza in a bowl.
Ingredients
Directions
- In large saucepan heat the olive oil.
- Saute the onion and green pepper until softened. Stir in the garlic. Cook for a minute.
- Add oregano, basil, crushed red pepper, rice, tomatoes, pizza sauce and broth.
- Bring to boil. Lower heat to a simmer and cover. Cook for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Stir in the pepperoni, olives and mushrooms. Cook for another minute or two.
- Serve the soup in individual bowls with a sprinkling of provolone and parmesan cheese.

Reviews
Leave out the Parmesan cheese and save 216 calories and 14 grams of fat. Gets it into the healthy range. The fat is double what it should be on the original recipe.
