Banana Muffins with Chocolate Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a regular-sized muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, sugar, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla. Stir everything together until combined.
  3. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
