I am 6' and weighed 280 lbs about 8 years ago. I lost 85 lbs that year to my current weight or 195 plus or minue - perfect for my body type. I run a lot and cross-train to keep my weight down. These days, during the year, my weight might fluctuate between 195 and 205. If it gets to the top of that range, I panic as I am not going back to the big man land! I hit about 209 late this past winter and set out to lose the extra weight. Now I am back to 192 or so and feeling good.
