For various reasons, have finally dipped my toe into using protein powder. Made the mistake of buying hemp, which is an appalling color and lower in protein than pea. Next time. Nevertheless: high-protein, savory vegan muffins. Not bad, tho need tweaks

Sun peeking through clouds on our 21st ski. 4 hours, 5.87 miles, 124 miles for the season. Off trail some, both by choice and by mistake at times, LOL. Snow was fantastic :) So tired the last stretch I wanted to lie down on the trail and cry
