For various reasons, have finally dipped my toe into using protein powder. Made the mistake of buying hemp, which is an appalling color and lower in protein than pea. Next time. Nevertheless: high-protein, savory vegan muffins. Not bad, tho need tweaks

The important thing to me is always taste so if you like the taste I count that as a win. I find that, unlike most people, I am not good at food art but my food is very tasty. I have not tried hemp but am interested in it.

They weren't bad! The hemp flavor came through a bit more than I liked, though. Hoping the pea protein will be more neutral. I also think I need to use more sun-dried tomatoes than the recipe calls for and increase the amount of chopped kalamata olives I used.

Pea is my go to! The unflavored is pretty decent, although I usually mix it with a scoop of flavored pea protein powder for shakes.

Definitely doing pea next time. Anthony's sells an unflavored pea protein and I've been really happy with their other products
