Diet Pills....
my kids(who are young adults)always say well mom you can always start taking "Crack" when I am moaning and groaning about my weight and what the heck can I do about it. did you every see a fat Crack addict...I guess it's not funny to some people but we always start to laugh about it because I always try to take the easy way out (pills ect)I am so lazy...
I took phenpen too when it first came out it worked too. but I did have heart palps and it was so expensive I felt guilty using our household budget for that...but wouldn't it be great if they did find something that made your appetite under control.....Cool

Diet Pills....
I took merdia 10 milgrams and it didn't work to well so I went back to the doc and he gave me 15 mlgrms and it did help with my appetite but the first I had very restless sleep. When I stopped taking them I had the blues for a week or so (sad feelings in the heart for no reason). I have migraines so I didn't want to take too much meds so I gave them up. I did loose weight but it was only because of the stimulant affect and it made me work like crazy house cleaning and what not just not sitting around..I also had like the chills or my skin sort of got the chills now and then with a crawly feeling I think it was just the stimulate affect on me though. I think I lost 50 lbs that time. I have also used Xenical as a tool with help on the atkins diet but not regualar enough it was too expensive at the time and insurance didn't cover it.
