felt thin today for some reason. didnt look in the mirror and say ugh.... ive got my work out tomorrow and am excited for it. ive been trying to stay positive thru all this and its difficult but eventually one day iill be used to eating better and it wont feel like a sacrafice anymore. im creating a meal plan tomorrow with my Trainer and we shall see where it takes me

ive realized that when i use a smaller plate, im eating smaller portions and feeling more full. tricking the mind. love it :) also i realized how i eat is majorly effected by where im working. i work as a nanny so i eat whats available to me at whatever house im at. thinking im going to start bringing lunch, so i have more control of what i have to eat

missed my work out due to overstuffed scheduling :( kinda bummed about it but make up is thursday. thinking im going to do yoga tomorrow too.

Alrighty Day 1.... Ive been working on this weight loss thing for a couple months now, i have a personal trainer that i go to twice a week and have been working on the foods that i eat. it has definitely been and up and down battle. when i was younger i suffered from an eating disorder and was so thin, and i still suffer from the same body image issues, but i overcame the eating disorder myself. now i weigh more than ever and it bothers me. i have a great start and lost 7 pounds in the first month of my personal training, but recently discovered i have gained 8 back. its a discouragement and im trying to over come it. hoping to be down 5 pounds by the first of the new year
