New Year starts a serious "not-a-diet" diet. now that my foods have been made over its time to put my meal plan into action. yesterday i had a bit of a fall back by having a chipotle burrito (no excuses for this one) but its a new day, a new year, and i got a new cook book :P my trainer and i talked and he is going to set up a new more intense work out routine for me and he is going to help me with my meal plan. Not to mention one of my families i nanny for commented on how i looked like i had lost a little weight.... dont know if she was just saying it or if its true. idk how much i weigh sooo i took it for what it was and felt good ever since

played WII fit yesterday... and i gotta say i like the Wii fit scale better than my trainers scale. said i was at 182. lol wouldnt that be wonderful. too bad i know his scale will be different. but oh well.

Merry Christmas everyone!!!! today i was so busy getting lst minute details for the holidays together, i forgot to eat lol. but i had an ultra nutrition drink to make up for my calorie loss. Talked to my trainer about it and he said it was ok

wasnt allowed to do my weigh in today either. which sucks i want to know if iim making progress, but i guess my trainer knows best. he gave me a book today called "Eat This.. Not That" gonna take a look at it and see what helpful hints i can get from it. Ive been doing better about staying away fomr fast food. lately if i find myself craving taco bell or something i grab a piece of fruit instead. Cheers for me. :) holidays are going to be tough. ive got 3 meals in one day to attend on christmas day..... im going to be good tho. and limit myself. I can do it......i think :p

well my Trainer wont let me do a weigh in this week, he said with Christmas 3 days away he doesnt want any negativity if i gain this week... sooooo im going in blind i guess lol
