added a day to my work out :) now ill be going to my trainer 3 days a week. and going to be adding more activities to my off day. ive been working on walking more. i park farther away from store entrances and rather than taking escelators i take stairs, etc.

WELL looks like going to my visit my mom is NOT healthy in anyway, sooo back on track upon coming home. my trainer is helping me. i believe the weight gain had to do with the time of month and also the foods i was eating while on vacation. gonna try to get rid of this extra. im at my heaviest ever i want it gone!!!
