My goal this week is to log what I eat every single day. That's almost always my goal, but this week I'm really focusing on it. It won't be easy, because we're going to a family reunion at the end of the week, but I have the schedule and menu ahead of time, so I have a general idea of what I'll be eating. I'm not focusing so much on trying to improve my eating, but on getting back into the habit of logging what I eat.

meatloaf, broccolini, and strawberry spinach salad. It was my first time cooking broccolini, I think I should've cooked them longer, or cut them into more uniform stalks before roasting.

Just barely stayed under calories yesterday and I got 8,000 steps. I planned last night what I'm going to eat today, so hopefully I can stick to healthy habits even better today.
