I am married and have 3 children (grown) and one grandson who just turned 13. I live in Palmetto, FL and work at Bank of America. I will be 61 tomorrow and I really need to shed the extra pounds as now I am pre-diabetic and have high cholesterol. Desperately seeking a different way to lose as what I'm doing isn't working so well.
