It is sunday june 21st. I am just joining this group, but have been on Atkins Induction for two weeks. I am continuing induction for a little while longer, even though it is supposed to end at two weeks. My weight loss has been slow and I haven't been able to start an excercise program until yesterday. I have also had a couple of days that haven't went so well, so I am "starting over" again. I hope it goes better this time and I keep losing.
