Is it just me or do diets make you more emotional, i feel rubbish today!!
I definitely think that changing your diet changes your body chemistry and makes you react differently to things. I have definitely felt down in the dumps alot more than normal. Sometimes I actually want to just sit and cry for half a day. And I have ups and downs of energy. Sometimes during the day I feel like I have excess energy and other times I feel like I could sleep all day. So I do think that it has something to do with the changes in your diet and the changes that your body is going through while you are dieting.
