I'm a 22 year old female. I've been overweight for most of my life and have been in a constant battle to get healthy and drop the pounds. I come from a family of short & stout people so my body type is kind of against me and I've had high cholesterol since I was 13. I'm a graduate student so it is super hard to find time to sleep, nevermind eat healthy on the go and hit the gym. I have really low self-esteem and self-confidence and want to change that.

Grad student--need suggestions
Thankyou so much for the suggestions everyone! I do live right off-campus and the gym is free to students and really nice. I like the idea of not being able to do homework til I've gone to the gym...I think it'd cut back on my procrastination too haha. Definitely always in need of a destressor so I might try squeezing in the gym at least 1 day a week to start out slow.

Grad student--need suggestions
So I'm new to this site and have a friend who used it to get to her goal weight and loved it! I've struggled with my weight pretty much my whole life and right now I am just so frustrated with it. I'm currently a graduate student in speech pathology. Classes are extremely intense, combined with clients, and trying to earn money. I really need some suggestions on how to eat healhier on the go and find some exercise suggestions when there's just no time to fit the gym in. I've tried getting up super early before class for the gym but then I get tired by 9pm and can't get my work done. Any suggestions would be helpful! Smile
