I'm a 32 year old mom of a very active 20 month old and wife to a very inactive 33 year old. I've battled my weight a lot over the years and decided this past November that I was going to have to change my lifestyle for the sake of my son. I gained about 70 lbs with my pregnancy and settled into a weight that was about 50 lbs higher than my average weight prior to pregnancy. When I made the decision to change in November, I stated that I would be back to my pre-baby weight before my son's 2nd birthday.
I hired a trainer and began planning meals and following a 1500 calorie diet. After a few months my eating habits slipped by I continued to exercise. Since January I make it to the gym 5 days a week, 4 circuit days, 1 cardio day. Now, my son's 2nd birthday is 3.5 months away and I still have 35 pounds to lose, so I'm resetting my diet and ramping up the exercise.
