Help with logging food
Hi...

I have a quick question about logging food in to my food diary. I make casseroles to fit the needs of my busy lifestyle and not have to cook daily. My question is, how do I portion it out on my diary? I see that I can make a meal, but if I use 1 lemon, how do I portion that out for one serving size? I also make fat bombs to supplement my diet and I eat 1 a day out of 24 from the recipe. How do I log that in if dividing 1 teaspoon of an ingredient into 24 parts would be impossible!

Can someone help?

I would like to do the P90X workout. My question is:

How do you log your exercise to calculate how many calories you have burned?

Thanks to those who have some experience with this.
