I am a single mother of 2. 19 and 17. I am in the field of accounting. With a BS in business and an MBA. I'm 5'5 224 lbs. Just starting to get back into reading and now taking up boxing. I'm 42 yrs old.
I have been working out since 1996. I mostly walk/jog. I belong to a gym. I used to work out 6/7 times a week. I have cut that down to about 3/4 times or more. Moderate exercise alleviates stress for me, so I try to do it often. Walking has also eliminated cellulite in my thighs. Thank God. Until this year my eating sucked. I have given up sweets and bread but have been unable to lose weight. I work in an office so instead eating junk food all day I eat fruits, vegetables and salad. I am very active, meaning I am always on the go. I'm starting to think it maybe my thyroid since my sister and grandmother had issues with theirs. I'm not sure. I would like to lose about 40 lbs at the most. I hate being over 200 lbs.
