I am 47, 5'4" and weigh in at a chunky 193.6 lbs. It looks like my 15 yr marriage is kaput and I need to start taking much better care of myself for myself and my son. He's off to college in June so I'll be in full control of food detail. It will be a good time to change my eating habits, to restart a healthy exercise program, and to regain the reins on my physical and spiritual health.
