Ok its a new day. Breakfast wasn't probably the best but after some wonderful pointers I found that I needed to restart the induction phase. So I ran to a few stores and picked up some coconut oil for healthy fats, heavy whipping cream to add to my tea (I brew 12 cups of water with 5 black tea bags then chill and drink cold) Lets just say the tea with whipping cream is my new favorite! yum!
I also went to the local health food store and found that coconut milk is very low in carbs (So delicious unsweetened), also some cream cheese, peppers and tomatoes.
I need to eat way more vegetables so off to make a salad or something....not sure what yet.

I made a vegetable soup last night with zucchini, diced tomatoes with jalapeno's, vegetable broth, green beans, celery and stew meat. It tastes pretty good except that the stew meat is so tough so Im taking that out. I will add some ground turkey or beef to it to replace the protein.
Taking the Strawberry pie to my daughter and her family so it isn't a temptation to me. I am surprised that I am not crying right now. (ha ha ha)
I joined a group that starts 30 minutes of walking everyday for a month but it is almost a 100 degrees with 81% humidity so not sure that's going to happen. It is suppose to be like this all week! UGH!!
I guess I will get billy blanks out and do that instead. The point is to get moving again.

I called my mom this morning and she informed me that she made us a fresh strawberry pie. She doesn't know that I am on Atkins so I didn't have the heart to tell her I can't eat it. So now I will have one of my favorite pies in the house to tempt me. UGH!!
BUT....I was down another 1/2lb this morning so I feel determined to keep going and not slip up. If I start eating that pie, even one bite, it won't stop til its gone. (At least that is what past history has been with me) grrrrr!

I have been gone since thursday helping with the garage sale. I did not cheat at all and I was soooo hungry. I'm still very hungry but need to cook something that I can eat.
I have not drank ANY water today so my goal is to drink as much as I can before bed.

Headache is so bad.
Will have to go grocery shopping tonight since we are pretty much out of anything that I can eat. That's why I had meatballs twice.
Calories are still low but WOW the fats are high, so is the sugar. I'm sure from the pizza sauce that I put on the meatballs. Don't even have vegetables that I can eat....4 bags of corn in the freezer..uh uh
I will be helping my daughter tomorrow and Saturday with her garage sale and they don't have internet so I will not be able to enter my foods while I am there.
