Ok its a new day. Breakfast wasn't probably the best but after some wonderful pointers I found that I needed to restart the induction phase. So I ran to a few stores and picked up some coconut oil for healthy fats, heavy whipping cream to add to my tea (I brew 12 cups of water with 5 black tea bags then chill and drink cold) Lets just say the tea with whipping cream is my new favorite! yum!
I also went to the local health food store and found that coconut milk is very low in carbs (So delicious unsweetened), also some cream cheese, peppers and tomatoes.

I need to eat way more vegetables so off to make a salad or something....not sure what yet.
