I have been gone since thursday helping with the garage sale. I did not cheat at all and I was soooo hungry. I'm still very hungry but need to cook something that I can eat.
I have not drank ANY water today so my goal is to drink as much as I can before bed.

Hi, you really shouldn't be hungry on Atkins. Looks like you're not eating enough. Atkins recommends 1500 to 1800 calories minimum. You should also be getting plenty of good fats and 12-15 net carbs from vegetables. Atkins is high fat, moderate protein and controlled carb.
