Day 2. So far so good. I went over my recommended calories by 84 yesterday, but I'm not going to beat myself up. A lot of testemonials I have seen is that people typically don't get enough calories in to lose weight, so I'm going to say "close enough". I wish I had a little more energy!! This weekend will be a test!! Starting with tonight's Wild game (GO WILD!!). I would like to have a few drinks, so I have to find something with less calories than just beer. Then tomorrow's spring gathering with my aunts/uncles/cousins. Beers usually flow like water around that crew. Oh well...just gotta keep pushing forward...watch what I eat, and try to get out on my bike while the sun is shining this weekend!!

Well...here I go again. This time with a friend. She is trying low carb for 30 days while I really get on board with Isagenix. Day 1 so far is going great. I feel good so far, but it is only 10 Am. I can do this. I know I can. I started my countdown to Vegas and I would like to be able to comfortably walk for long periods while I am there!! Also, Softball season is upon me and I really just want to be able to play to my ability...my weight just doesn't allow it. So..HAPPY MAY 1st everyone!!

This has not been an easy week to start my plan, but I've been doing ok! Monday we had a taco pot luck, Tuesday had friends over for drinks, Wednesday the company is bringing in Olive Garden food. I finally remembered to bring my shoes into work so I can take a walk. Gotta find the scale, I'm scared, but I know I have to be honest with myself. I have to do this one moment at a time!!!

After a rough start to 2014, I am ready to start again. After last week, I am ready for a fresh start. Volleyball is over, Bean Bags is over, Nick's play is over, Grandpa's funeral is done. Softball starts in just over a month. I want to be more ready for ball than I am now, and the only way I can do that is to get off my ARSE and focus on my eating habits. I could really use some extra support, but my husband just doesn't know how to do that. It's not his fault, he just doesn't know how to be supportive when he can basically eat anything under the sun and not gain a bit. I have my meals already prepared at home for the next couple of days. That should help!! I am ready for sunny weather. I want to break out my bicycle!!!
