FINALLY LOST SOME WEIGHT!!! YIPPEE!! It's not much, but this is a HUGE motivator to continue to watch what I eat and throw a little exercise in!!

well...this is an eye opener...the absolute highest weight I have ever been. It ends now...no wonder why my back and knees hurt!! Absolutely disgusted with myself.

I need to get out of this slump...I haven't been to the gym in 2 weeks. I am going tonight, no matter what. I am just feeling so down these days. I am going to blame the weather!! I want to take my kids for bike rides, but here in MN we still have SNOW EVERYWHERE!! I thought I would be in better shape when softball started, and that's in 2 weeks (depending of course on the snow going away!!) I can only blame myself in reality...I know that!!! Oh well, today is a new day and I am starting off on the right foot by eating a healthy breakfast of fruit and yogurt. GO ME!!

I am feeling beaten...last week my knee was not fun, but I still went to the gym and worked on my arms and did cardio on a stationary bike...now my back is killing me!!! I think its due to I increased the weight on some of my arm/shoulder/back machines on Tuesday and its pulling stuff out of whack...we'll see how I feel at the end of the day. Hopefully I can get out of my chair, to my car, out of my car, and into the gym!!

So frustrated. I tried a Turbo Kick class on Monday...it was really kicking my butt!! I twisted my knee funny and sprained it...I haven't let it prevent me from going to the gym, but the only thing I can do so far is ride a bike, and work my arms...LAME!! I really want to do my Body Pump Class. I may try it Saturday Morning as long as my knee is feeling good...I really hope to see results soon...3 weeks at the gym nearly every day should show something!!! I am feeling better, so I guess that's technically a result...I need inches gone...
