So i stepped on the scale and lost another pound...yayyy!! I think my body was wayyy over where it was even comfortable so its losing it faster. No complaints here! I am definitely going to work out today because I feel very refreshed. I needed yesterday off!! Hope everyone else is doing well also!

Well I had 2 eggs for breakfast and some coffee...right on track...yay! I need to study for a test I have this afternoon so thats what I plan on doing all morning. I might work out later but I'm not sure because I have worked out the past like 5 days straight and my body is kinda sore.
